About Motivo

Motivo is an automotive services platform in Ho Chi Minh City, focused on EVs and hybrids. We combine buying advisory, used-car trade, paperwork, insurance, and technical inspection. We're building a buying-owning-selling journey that's more transparent and more aligned with the buyer than what the market currently offers.

What you'll do

You'll own Motivo's digital products — motivo.vn, the internal admin portal, the Lark Base CRM system, and the entire transaction data pipeline. This is a builder role, not a manager role. You'll write specs, work directly with dev/vendors, ship features, and measure outcomes.

Core responsibilities
  • Own the 12-month product roadmap, prioritizing features by business impact and customer need.
  • Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for internal and external dev teams.
  • Manage relationships with dev vendors — review code quality, validate deliverables, ensure deadlines.
  • Own the Lark Base CRM: schema design, automation workflows, and data integrity across 4 business lines.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations to build a clean conversion funnel from traffic to lead to transaction.
  • Analyze usage data, customer feedback, and transaction data to inform product decisions.
  • Drive Phase 2 launch (motivo.vn marketplace) and Phase 3 (data product, dealer SaaS).
What you need
  • 3–5 years of Product Management experience — preferably in marketplace, fintech, e-commerce, or automotive.
  • Track record of shipping consumer-facing products from 0 to 1, not just feature work in mature products.
  • Strong data analytics skills — comfortable with basic SQL, able to pull data and ask the right questions.
  • Solid grasp of web/mobile development — enough to brief technical work, no need to code.
  • Systems thinking — you can spot dependencies between modules and pre-empt conflicts.
  • Native or fluent Vietnamese. English good enough to read technical docs and work with international vendors.
Bonus points for
  • Experience in automotive, EV, or financial services in Vietnam.
  • Managed in-house or outsourced dev teams previously.
  • Familiar with Lark Base, n8n, or other no-code/low-code automation tools.
  • Have worked at early-stage startups and understand the 0-to-1 rhythm.

About Motivo

Motivo is an automotive services platform in Ho Chi Minh City, focused on EVs and hybrids. We're building the "Xe Không Khói +" community and a content-data-advisory ecosystem that nobody else in this market has tackled. This role is about building the growth engine from scratch — not optimizing one that's already running.

What you'll do

You'll drive Motivo's full acquisition and retention across multiple channels: organic content (TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, SEO), paid acquisition, community, and Zalo OA. You're not just running campaigns — you're building the playbook so the team can keep running it after you move on from tactical work.

Core responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end growth funnel: from awareness (TikTok/Facebook/SEO) to transaction (EV Concierge, paperwork, C2B2C).
  • Build and maintain the content engine — output of 8 TikTok + 4 Facebook + 1 YouTube + 4 SEO blog posts per month, coordinating agency and in-house.
  • Manage paid acquisition budget (15–30M VND/month early on, scale by ROAS) — Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads.
  • Drive the "Xe Không Khói +" community on Facebook Group + Zalo OA — owner story curation, community engagement.
  • Build attribution model across channels: traffic → form → consultation → deal.
  • On-job training for the marketing junior (Thuận) so they can take over tactical execution after 3–6 months.
  • Weekly KPI report to the CEO; monthly review with insights and pivot recommendations.
What you need
  • 4–6 years of Growth Marketing experience in marketplace, e-commerce, fintech, or D2C.
  • Track record of scaling a channel from 0 to meaningful volume — not just optimizing already-traction channels.
  • Strong performance marketing chops: comfortable reading Meta Ads dashboards, understanding attribution, debugging conversion drops.
  • Understanding of organic content: TikTok algorithm, SEO keyword research, Facebook Group dynamics.
  • Experience managing agencies and creators/KOLs.
  • Data-first mindset — you don't make decisions on instinct alone.
  • Native or fluent Vietnamese. English good enough to read international marketing literature.

  • Experience in automotive, EV, or other high-AOV considered-purchase products.

What you'll do

You'll drive Motivo's entire B2B revenue: building partnerships with EV/hybrid showrooms for the EV Concierge pipeline, expanding the dealer network for C2B wholesale, and developing long-term strategic partnerships.

Core responsibilities
  • Expand the EV/hybrid dealer network in HCMC and surrounding provinces — from 5–10 dealers initially to 30+ within 12 months.
  • Negotiate referral fee structures with each dealer — ensuring fair terms for both sides and full transparency with customers.
  • Build the C2B wholesale channel: sourcing used vehicles and selling wholesale to the dealer network.
  • Drive the dealer SaaS roadmap (Phase 3) — from Lark Base prototype to a meaningful dashboard product for dealers.
  • Manage relationships with 3–5 strategic dealers at the key account level: monthly reviews, joint promotions, exclusivity discussions.
  • Coordinate with Anh Long on dealer intel — turning intel into actionable insight for Concierge and content.
  • Set monthly KPIs for each partnership: leads sent, deals closed, revenue contribution.
What you need
  • 4–6 years of B2B BD/Sales experience — preferably in automotive, real estate, fintech, or logistics.
  • Have managed B2B portfolios with 20+ active partners simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation skills — you find win-win, not zero-sum.
  • Understand unit economics and P&L — you know if a deal is actually profitable, not just GMV.
  • Strong network in Vietnam's automotive industry, or proven ability to build one quickly.
  • Native Vietnamese. English good enough to read contract templates and work with international partners as needed.

Tư vấn khách hàng mua xe điện/hybrid mới qua mô hình EV Concierge của Motivo — bạn KHÔNG làm sales push, KHÔNG đại diện hãng cụ thể. Bạn đại diện người mua: hiểu nhu cầu, tư vấn chọn xe phù hợp, kết nối dealer có deal tốt nhất, hỗ trợ thương lượng giá. Mỗi tháng deliver 5+ deals/người sau 3 tháng training.

Trách nhiệm chính
  • Follow-up 100% lead inbound từ website/ads trong 10 phút (commitment với khách).
  • KYC khách hàng: ngân sách, nhu cầu sử dụng, điều kiện sạc, ý định finance vay.
  • Tư vấn 2-3 model phù hợp dựa trên data Motivo (giá, phạm vi, ưu đãi đại lý).
  • Coordinate test drive với dealer partner. Đi cùng khách lần đầu nếu cần.
  • Negotiate giá + bonus với dealer thay khách. Đảm bảo giá mua tối ưu vs market.
  • Hỗ trợ giấy tờ + bảo hiểm + lắp sạc nhà — handoff Hiệp.
  • Follow-up post-purchase 30/60/90 ngày — feedback xe, recurring revenue (BHVC, dịch vụ).
Bạn cần có
  • Communication tốt — gọi điện, present, lắng nghe.
  • Có xe máy + bằng lái B2 (để test drive cùng khách).
  • Biết dùng Excel/Google Sheets, Zalo, smartphone basic.
